Description: The layout represents part of the fictitious Chasebury Industrial Estate complex, similar to the ones at Slough or Manchester. Some of the properties on the layout do not have visible rail access - it assumed they are served by sidings which are not part of the layout. The locos and stock are from a variety of sources. It is assumed the BR locos are allowed on the Estate tracks, as well as industrial locos.

Floor area required : 21ft x 6ft (operated from the back)

Power requirements : 1 x 13amp socket. The layout has its own lighting.
